Genesis 1:1 "In the beginning God created the heavens and the earth."
Right from the first verse of the Bible God has shown his love and desire for us as his people. He wants a relationship so he begins to create! He didn't wait for a world to create itself (which cannot happen), He created with love.

Are You Ready?
Proverbs 21:31 says "The horse is made ready for the day of battle, but victory rests with the Lord."
Many times in life we have this sense of security and this sense of control, yet it's a false sense of security. In all reality we make plans and God just laughs and says "really? that's the way you think it will go? watch this." And when our plans don't turn out the way we want them to we turn to God and say "why?"
I'm here to tell you that we can make ourselves ready and be excited to face the world, but if we don't know that the Lord is in control, we will be in for a wold of hurt when our plans come crashing down.
Make the horse ready, pray for patients, and KNOW that Christ has everything under control.
